Withdrawal period
Statutory withdrawal rights and any exclusions for immediately issued digital certificates, pending CREA confirmation.
Requesting a refund
Refund requests are submitted through the contact channels and processed to the original payment method.
Certificate revocation
A refunded DSS certificate is revoked and marked as invalid in the public traceability register.
